The Simple, Rugged Way to Wash Cow Udders
For more than 30 years, the Cow Washer has been the simple, rugged solution for washing cow udders before milking. It’s a small sprinkler with a big job—and it’s been doing it reliably in dairies across the country for decades.
We’ve made thoughtful improvements over the years, but every Cow Washer ever built still works with today’s repair parts. That means real investment protection: no forced upgrades, no obsolescence—just equipment that keeps working.
Cleaner cows. Less water. Less hassle.
No bonnets, no guards, nothing that can injure a cow.
Happy cows. Happy milkers. Win-win.
Designed for Cows. Built for Real Dairies.
The Cow Washer is engineered to work with cows, not against them.
Water pressure lifts the nozzle during operation. If a cow steps on it, the nozzle simply retracts into the aluminum body until her hoof is removed—then it pops right back up and keeps working. No damage. No downtime. No harm to cow or equipment.
The rotating spray is driven by precision-engineered internal components housed inside a rugged aluminum body. When parts eventually wear, they’re inexpensive, easy to replace, and accessible from the top—without removing the sprinkler from the riser.

A Smarter Wash Pen Design
Cow Washer sprinklers are designed with a low spray trajectory that concentrates water where it matters most: the udder. This minimizes wasted water while delivering a more effective clean.
Placed close to the side wall, the sprinklers ensure cows are washed on both sides—preventing them from slipping between the wall and the spray. It’s a simple, proven layout that delivers consistent results day after day.

Cow Washer Cuts Costs in 6 Key Ways
If you want to stay competitive, you need to be cost-conscious, quality-focused, and technologically nimble. Cow Washer helps you do all three.
1. Cuts Water Use
Saves up to 2 gallons per minute per sprinkler, adding up to thousands of gallons saved every day compared to conventional sprinklers.
2. Cuts Wash Time
Optimized nozzle design and rotation speed clean udders 20–50% faster, reducing prep time before milking.
3. Reduces Injuries
No guards required. The small, round profile won’t catch on legs or udders, helping prevent injuries to cows and workers.
4. Cuts Maintenance
Durable machined parts resist abuse and won’t rust or corrode. Service internal components in seconds from the top—no removal required.
5. Reduces Cow Stress
A gentle fan spray with large droplets—not a hard stream—keeps cows calm, cooperative, and stress-free.
6. They Clean Better!
Cow Washer handles the worst caked-on mud. Water droplets soak through to the hide instead of hitting with such force as to bounce off the cow.
